PRO-FILL 303 was originally conceived for the repair of surface defects on hydrofoils. It was formulated to match the colour of carbon fiber in order to make repairs imperceivable, to offer the strongest possible adhesion and a to cure in a very short time. However, these same properties soon made PRO-FILL 303 suitable for a number of other applications.

Example uses include:

• Filling defects, breakages, resin voids,
• general refinishing and restoration of aero and hydro dynamics,
• filling / filleting of joints,
• pre-lamination part joining,
• sealing edges of sandwich panels.

• Foil repairs,
• hull, spar & and other carbon fiber boat parts,
• refinishing of molds,
• surface repairs on sporting goods,
• refinishing auto / moto parts.

PRO-FILL 303, is not a structural adhesive but being a softer paste offers much better workability and can fill and fillet more effectively in more complex structures with lower stress requirements. In such cases, it can easily be loaded with the fiber additive AUX-201 to increase its cohesive strength and contribute further to the total strength of the structure.
